Enum values

Enum values are identifiers, like variables, which associated value is their name. Their syntax is the same as constants.

Enum values can be compared for equality and used as keys for maps.

Examples:

enum 'après-midi'
enum _LEFT_ALIGNMENT
colour = blue
results[january]
Rationale: enum values have all kinds of use, and can efficiently substitute for string literals.
